By using Buy Doujinshi, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read carefully before placing an order.

1. Proxy Shopping Role

Buy Doujinshi acts as a shopping proxy. We are not the original seller or manufacturer. Our role is to purchase and ship items on behalf of customers.

2. Service Fee

A flat fee of ¥600 + 12% is charged per order. The 12% is calculated over the subtotal (item cost + domestic shipping in Japan). Learn more on our Service Fee page.

3. Payment & Processing

• Payments are only processed once item availability is confirmed.
• If an item is unavailable, you may request a refund or apply the value to shipping or future orders (excluding transaction fees).
• Final international shipping charges are billed separately once items arrive.

4. Item Handling

• We can remove price stickers or tags on request.
• Protective packaging is available, especially for rare/collector items.
• We are not responsible for item defects or factory errors from original sellers.

5. Prohibited Items

We cannot purchase items listed on our Prohibited Items page. Orders containing these items will be rejected or cancelled.

6. Shipping & Carriers

We ship internationally using DHL, EMS, FedEx, and FedEx (FICP). Insurance is optional and charged separately. See more on our Shipping page.

7. Marketplace & Auction Orders

Extra domestic shipping costs may apply when purchasing from marketplace sellers or auctions. Auction services have a fixed handling fee. Contact us for estimates.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

• Items unavailable after payment will be refunded or credited (excluding transaction fees).
• Custom service fees are non-refundable once an order is placed.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once purchased from the Japanese store.

9. Customer Responsibility

• Ensure your shipping address and contact information are correct.
• Check customs regulations in your country before placing an order.
• We are not responsible for delays or fees due to customs clearance.
