At Buy Doujinshi, we aim to make the buying process simple, transparent, and fair. Our service fee covers the time, processing, and assistance needed to purchase and deliver your items from Japanese stores.

What’s Included in the Service Fee?

• Purchasing your item on your behalf
• Order management, follow-up with stores
• Japanese address handling and local delivery
• Basic quality control & updates via email

How is it Calculated?

Here’s how we calculate the service fee:

• Base Fee: ¥600 per order
• + 12% applied to the subtotal (item price + domestic shipping)

📦 Partial Shipping After Purchase

If you request to split your order into separate shipments (e.g., pre-orders and in-stock items), an additional handling fee of ¥250 will be charged for the extra preparation and shipping process.

What’s Not Included?

• International shipping (charged separately once the package is ready)
• Payment platform fees (e.g., currency conversion)
• Taxes or import duties in your country
