📩 Track Your Order

If you’ve already placed an order with us, you can check its progress through your customer account or using the tracking number provided by email.

🔍 Where to check:

• Via your account: Log in to your Buy Doujinshi account and go to My Orders
• Via tracking email: Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link

⏳ What are the order stages?

• Received: We’ve received your request
• Awaiting Payment: Waiting for confirmation
• Purchased: Item ordered from the store
• Warehouse Arrival: Item delivered to our warehouse in Japan
• Shipping Invoice Sent: International shipping cost calculated
• Shipped: Parcel sent with tracking info

❓ Didn’t get your tracking number?

If your order status says “Shipped” but you haven’t received your tracking number, please check your spam folder or contact our team.
